u	utente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabilità,incompetenza,menefreghismo,poi,ora sembra si stia dividendo dal socio,ed è sparito anche il sito internet,anni fa sparì anche lei per un periodo,le ditte da lei commissionate sono incapaci,e spariscono anche loro,con il risultato di soldi buttati ad onor di guadagni altrui. Da non consigliare e nel caso revocare. Metodi di lavoro più che dubbi. Se la "presentazione iniziale" vi sembrasse buona, diffidate!!! Sono di parte a seconda dei loro interessi e non cercano di attenuare i conflitti. Bad, they don't really do what an administrator should do, mediating in condominiums. Dopo un anno passato sotto l’amministrazione di domus, non è stato risolto nessuno dei problemi e segnalati alla amministrazione. l’amministrazione spesso non risponde alle comunicazioni effettuate via PEC né a quelle effettuate via telefono e quando risponde le informazioni sono spesso frammentarie ed incomplete, a volte sembra ci sia una completa mancanza di interesse verso la tutela dei diritti dei condomini che si dovrebbero amministrare e tutelare, anzi spesso i modi sono saccenti e arroganti. Nel condominio in cui vivo,abiamo un grosso problema legato alla presenza di un gran numero di piccioni sul tetto (Un gran numero di volatili tale da creare problemi a livello igienico sanitario), dopo alcune uscite effettuate con un fornitore di fiducia della amministratrice il problema non è ancora stato risolto, nonostante il fornitore di “fiducia“ abbia già emesso fatture per lauti compensi riferiti a lavori si fatti ma che non hanno risolto il problema. Non vengono chiesti preventivi o consulenze dedicate alla risoluzione dei problemi a fornitori diversi da quelli di fiducia, o perlomeno se vengono richiesti altri preventivi poi non vengono comunicati ai condomini. Ad oggi fortemente sconsigliato da parte mia affidarsi a questa società per la amministrazione condominiale. Competenza, affidabilità e trasparenza non sono di casa qui. No estimates or advice dedicated to solving problems are requested from suppliers other than those of trust, or at least if other estimates are requested then they are not communicated to the condominiums. To date, I strongly advise against relying on this company for condominium administration. Competence, reliability and transparency are not at home here.
