★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když, dáte informaci že zboží je připraveno ve čtvrtek k vyzvednutí a auto přijede až v úterý a zakázku nemáte připravenou, Tak je asi něco špatně. Čekat na 20 malých krabic přes 1 hodinu je špatně.

Contattati per ordinare 2 sedute di sgabelli come ricambio, prima fanno un prezzo di 95,00 euro cadauno,, poi una volta ordinati mi dicono che il prezzo è diventato 125,00 euro cadauno. Quindi prendere o lasciare . Assurdo, comportamento scorretto. Non comprerò mai più un prodotto Domitalia e sconsiglio chiunque nell'acquisto dei loro prodotti,.
Una sola stella perché di meno non si possono mettere.

Not a serious company. Contacted to order 2 seats of stools as spare parts, first they make a price of 95.00 euros each, then once ordered they tell me that the price has become 125.00 euros each. So take it or leave it. Absurd, misbehavior. I will never buy a Domitalia product again and I advise against anyone buying their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto firmu jsem ještě jako IMS a IMS Italia, potom jako Domitalia a dnes Domi, zavedl osobně v České Republice. Snad se jim bude dařit lépe s novým vedením. Zatím se jen snaží získat lepší renomé po špatných letech původního vedení. Uvidíme, snad bude možné zlepšit toto hodnocení v krátké budoucnosti.
I introduced this company as IMS and IMS Italia, then as Domitalia and today Domi, personally in the Czech Republic. Perhaps they will do better with the new management. So far, he's just trying to get a better reputation after the bad years of the original leadership. We will see if it is possible to improve this assessment in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non acquistate sedie tipo PLAYA, ne ho acquistate 4 e di 2 lo schienale si è spezzato con il rischio di sbattere la testa per terra o di tagliarsi la schiena sul bordo della seduta reciso.
Do not buy PLAYA type chairs, I bought 4 and of 2 the backrest broke with the risk of hitting your head on the ground or cutting your back on the cut edge of the seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018-2022 durfte ich die Firma in der Schweiz vertreten. Kurz nach Beginn meiner Zusammenarbeit wurde die Firma übernommen. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt funktioniert praktisch nichts mehr. Kundenreklamationen werden erst bearbeitet, nachdem die Händler mit einer Klage drohten. z.T. dauerte es über 1 Jahr bis Ersatz geliefert wurde. Verpflichtungen gegenüber mir wurden seit Jahren nicht eingehalten. Die Kündigung erfolgte aufgrund von Punkten, welche kein Bestandteil waren von meinem Vertretungsvertrag. Eine Entschädigung, welche laut Gesetz mir zusteht, wurde nicht bezahlt.
2018-2022 I was allowed to represent the company in Switzerland. Shortly after I started working together, the company was taken over. Since then, practically nothing has worked. Customer complaints are only processed after the dealers have threatened to sue. sometimes it took more than 1 year until a replacement was delivered. Commitments to me have not been honored for years. The termination was due to points that were not part of my agency contract. Compensation to which I am entitled by law has not been paid.
