Ho ordinato alle 19.30 e mi è stato detto che avrebbero effettuato la consegna alle 22.30... alle 22.45 chiamo per sapere a che punto fosse l'ordine mi risponde il pizzaiolo che, scusandosi per il ritardo, si giustifica dicendo che hanno avuto un problema, nella fattispecie era morto il nonno della cassiera. Io quasi in imbarazzo dico di stare tranquilli e di fare con calma. Arrivano le pizze mezz'ora dopo, porgo le mie condoglianze al fattorino che ridendo mi chiede il motivo, spiego e lui continuando a ridere mi dice che non ne sapeva niente e che avrebbe riferito. E niente.. è bello sapere di essere stati presi per i fondelli. Con una scusa da film comico. P. S. Le pizze sono arrivate fredde. E sbagliate tra le altre cose. I first ordered two pizzas on Saturday 4/9/21. Sono dovuto uscire da casa per ordinare le pizze, e altra nota da migliorare, NON SI PARLA MALE DI UN CLIENTE DI FRONTE AD ALTRI CLIENTI ... Excellent dough and pizzas, really of a high standard. I have some suggestions though, improve call reception. I had to leave the house to order the pizzas, and another note to improve, NO EVEN TALKING ABOUT A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS ...
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco seri non rispettano gli orari di consegna nonostante ho prenotato alle 18 in largo anticipo, si fanno le 9.... poi 9.30... niente si permettono di prendere anche in giro dicendo che alle 22 non hanno fatto neanche una consegna a domicilio perché c'è la sala piena... Telefoni e ti dicono che le pizze sono in forno.... Passano altri 30 minuti richiamo e ti dicono che ancora non sono pronte... viso che alle 22.30 ancora niente..richiamo spiego il tutto e annullo l'ordine e la gentilissima signorina mi chiude il telefono in faccia.... ....ho dato 3 possibilità sempre stessa storia... MAII. se avete stima del vostro organismo.. Xche poi.. Dovete prendere almeno 2.. Gaviscon.. Assieme. (un consiglio non lo fate più questo mestiere. Ridate Dignità. Alla pizza... LA consegna era prevista per le 21.20, l'ordine è arrivato con mezz'ora di ritardo ma ci si passa sopra. La pizza al tartufo non sapeva di tartufo ed è arrivata fredda..adesso viene il bello o il peggio, a voi la scelta! Appena abbiamo aperto il cartone della pizza zucca e speck, siamo rimasti sbalorditi perché solamente a guardare la pizza veniva da rigettare anche il pranzo di natale del 1998. Sulla pizza erano presenti noci (ingrediente non richiesto e non presente nel menù), ma non le solite noci, una poltiglia di noci dal colore poco invitante. Abbiamo richiamato la pizzeria e il pizzaiolo ci ha spiegato che nel menù della pizzeria le noci sono presenti mentre nel menù di just eat no. Perché non chiedete di sistemare questo piccolo problema? Il pizzaiolo ha deciso di riportarci la stessa pizza ma questa volta senza noci... La pizza che ci hanno portato successivamente era bruciata di sotto! Successivamente abbiamo controllato la loro pagina Instagram e abbiamo notato che questa pizza viene servita con le noci fresche. Ma poi mi chiedo, quando un pizzaiolo professionale prepara una pizza, oltre a prepararla squisitamente, non deve darle un bell'aspetto? Personale pessimo, incompetente a comunicare. The delivery was scheduled for 21.20, the order arrived half an hour late but we pass over it. The truffle pizza did not taste like truffles and it arrived cold .. now comes the best or the worst, the choice is yours! As soon as we opened the box of pumpkin and speck pizza, we were amazed because just looking at the pizza was the 1998 Christmas lunch to be rejected. usual nuts, a nutmeg with an uninviting color. We called up the pizzeria and the pizza chef explained to us that in the pizzeria menu walnuts are present while in the just eat menu they are not. Why don't you ask for this little problem to be fixed? The pizza chef decided to bring us the same pizza but this time without nuts ... The pizza they brought us later was burnt downstairs! We then checked their Instagram page and noticed that this pizza is served with fresh walnuts. A	Angelo Maggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati come pochi. Ordino la pizza alle 19.00 per una consegna alle 21.00. Alle 21.15 mi garantiscono che in 20 minuti l'avrebbero mandata. Alle 22.00 mi dicono che avrebbero fatto un'altra comanda prima della mia. Sarebbe più corretto e professionale che siano loro ad avvertire eventuali ritardi e non i clienti ad elemosinare la pizza. Di certo non sono né professionali né corretti. Solo maleducati ed arroganti capaci addirittura di offendersi se dopo più di un'ora di attesa il cliente annulla un ordine. Cambiate lavoro sempre se siete in grado di lavorare. Rude as few. I order pizza at 7pm for a delivery at 9pm. At 9.15 pm they guarantee me that in 20 minutes they would send it. At 22.00 they tell me that they would have made another order before mine. It would be more correct and professional for them to warn of any delays and not the customers to beg for pizza. They are certainly neither professional nor fair. Only rude and arrogant capable of even being offended if after more than an hour of waiting the customer cancels an order. D	Dario Anzalone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É da 1 mese che mi fate buttare i soldi, ogni volta capita o che dimenticate condimenti sulla pizza, o dimenticate direttamente le pizze, o annullate l'ordine su just eat costringendomi a richiamare e slittare l'ordine. L'ultima volta vi siete superati, avete dimenticato una pizza e quelle che sono arrivate erano completamente bruciate ma soprattutto MINUSCOLE, é da 1 mese che mi portate pizze formato bambino e sinceramente dà molto fastidio, non critico la qualità ma almeno fatele quanto il cartone! La pizza dimenticata che avete riportato era congelata, palesemente lasciata sul bancone e mai riscaldata. Un'altra volta mi avete portato una pizza al pistacchio che era incollata con uno strato di mozzarella/pomodoro al cartone, come se aveste buttato una margherita per sbaglio sotto la pizza. Il sapore era orrido. Io sono cliente da 1 anno ma sinceramente sono stanco di buttare i soldi, visto che questo é il vostro modo di ricambiare. Mi dispiace perché i condimenti sono di qualità ma la vostra distrazione e servizio fanno pena, a volte mi fate pensare che non ci vedete da quello che fate. In allegato le pizze dell'ultima volta, minuscole e carbonizzate. Non credo di continuare a ordinare da voi. I have been a customer for 1 year but honestly I am tired of throwing money, since this is your way of giving back. I'm sorry because the toppings are quality but your distraction and service are worth it, sometimes you make me think that you don't see what you do.
