Le finestre e i balconi sia a livello estetico che funzionale sono in linea con quanto ci aspettavamo e siamo contenti del risultato finale. Abbiamo avuto qualche disguido con i tempi di consegna e installazione a causa di ritardi del fornitore e di una logistica migliorabile. Nel complesso però l’azienda è riuscita a rispettato le attese e grazie, soprattutto, ai montatori tutti i problemi e disguidi sono stati risolti senza difficoltà. Consiglio Dolomites perché oltre la validità dei prodotti è riuscita a sopperire a difficoltà e disguidi che trovò un valore molto importante. Windows and balconies installed this spring. Windows and balconies both aesthetically and functionally are in line with what we expected and we are happy with the final result. We had some problems with delivery and installation due to delays by the supplier and improved logistics. Overall, however, the company managed to meet the expectations and, thanks above all, to the fitters, all the problems and problems were solved without difficulty. I recommend the Dolomites because, beyond the validity of the products, it has managed to make up for difficulties and mistakes that it found a very important value.

Chiamato l'assistenza poco dopo il montaggio, in quanto gli infissi non erano appaiati correttamente, e altri gravi errori nell'opera di montaggio. La sistemazione, tuttavia è stato un ''adeguamento'' al lavoro precedente. Dopo 2 anni infatti, ci siamo trovati nell'esigenza di dover risistemare già 4 cardini che si erano scardinati dal muro. In aggiunta tengo a precisare che di 18 infissi acquistati solamente 7 erano montati in maniera soddisfacente. Good quality product. Unfortunately, the assembly was absolutely poor, not up to the product. Called for assistance shortly after assembly, as the fixtures were not paired correctly, and other serious errors in the assembly work. The arrangement, however, was an '' adjustment '' to the previous job. In fact, after 2 years, we found ourselves in the need of having to rearrange 4 hinges that had unhinged from the wall. In addition, I would like to clarify that of the 18 windows purchased only 7 were assembled satisfactorily.
