D	Denis Fiori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono veramente DELUSO!!!!! A settembre 2020 presi 16/18 confezioni tra sbrodoloni e profiterole “freschi”,tempo di arrivare a casa li misi tutti in freezer!! Dopo 1 settimana scongelai degli sbrodoloni!!! Ai me la sorpresa!!!!! La crema era acida!!!! Tel immediatamente in negozio e parlando con il titolare mi rincuorò dicendomi “stia tranquillo che la prossima volta ci metteremo a posto” Oggi in data 20/12/2020 sono andato a recuperare 14 confezioni “CONVINTO” che per lo meno la metà non me l’avrebbe fatta pagare!!!! Sorpresa........ Mi ha dato un panettone x pareggiare il disguido!!! DOPO CHE GLI DISSI!!! Io ho buttato via tutto!!!!!!! Lei i MIEI soldi ? non li ha buttati in quanto buoni!!! Dalle mie parti non ci si comporta così!!!! PREMESSO CHE CI LASCIAVO MEDIAMENTE 300€ a botta!!! Da VERGOGNARSI!!!! I am really DISAPPOINTED !!!!! In September 2020 I took 16/18 packs of "fresh" sbrodoloni and profiteroles, time to get home I put them all in the freezer !! After 1 week I defrosted some sbrodoloni !!! To me the surprise !!!!! The cream was sour !!!! I immediately telephoned the shop and speaking with the owner encouraged me by saying "don't worry, next time we'll get it right" Today on 20/12/2020 I went to retrieve 14 "CONVINCED" packages that at least half would not have made me pay !!!! Surprise........ He gave me a panettone to make up for the problem !!! AFTER I TOLD HIM !!! I threw it all away !!!!!!! She didn't waste MY money ? as it was good !!! Where I come from does not behave like this !!!! WHEREAS I LEAVE US ON AVERAGE 300 € a hit !!! To SHAME !!!!

Decido di andare lo stesso e per ovviare all'inconveniente mi fanno ben due euro di sconto dicendomi che la torta che mi avevano dato era più buona di quella che avevo ordinato precedentemente. Gli errori lavorando possono capitare ma quello che mi ha lasciata allibita è stata la gestione: la telefonata alle ore 15.00 (sarei potuta andare a ritirare la torta anche alla mattina) e i ben due euro di sconto (fatti passare come "ti faccio questo grande sconto per ovviare al problema"). Monday morning I ordered my daughter's birthday cake which was on Wednesday, at 15.00 they call me to tell me that the cake has not arrived, but that others have it in the store. I decide to go the same and to get around the inconvenience they make me a two euro discount telling me that the cake they gave me was better than the one I had previously ordered. Mistakes while working can happen but what left me stunned was the management: the phone call at 3.00 pm (I could have gone to pick up the cake even in the morning) and the two euro discount (pass me off as "I give you this great discount to remedy the problem ").

Da dolci sapori questa cosa non succede anzi, a volte vi sentite costretti a chiedere se non abbiamo sbagliato il conto a vostro favore. Poi tornate a casa e vi accorgerete di aver acquistato prodotti di qualità a prezzi impensabili da altre parti. E ci tornate anche perché il personale è sempre gentile dai modi aggraziati. You know when you enter a pastry shop to buy a gift for your friend or relative and leave satisfied but with the feeling of having spent too much? From sweet flavors this does not happen indeed, sometimes you feel compelled to ask if we have not mistaken the bill in your favor. Then go home and you will find that you have bought quality products at prices unthinkable elsewhere. And you come back also because the staff is always kind and graceful.

Non ne acquisterò mai più e farò sicuramente una pessima pubblicità I bought 10 Varese sweets to take to friends, I threw 8 away. Moldy in a few days, acidic, practically inedible. Sono stato costretto andarla a ritirare di persona nel laboratorio a 25 km di distanza. Il locale di nuova gestione è molto bello ordinato e pulito, ricco di tante prelibatezze sia dolci che salate per ogni tipo di palato, le ragazze che ci lavorano sono molto gentili, disponibili è sempre con il sorriso andateci e non ve ne pentirete .. lo consiglio I have been buying cakes and pastries in this "sweet flavors" chain for years, I have never had any problems and have always been satisfied.
