F	Fabio Leuci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la lavorazione genuina secondo tradizione...la si nota non solo al palato ma anche dalla quantità di briciole che la vera pasta sfoglia, opportunamente lavorata e lievitata, lascia "nevicare" al suolo. ho visto pasticcerie dal pavimento sempre pulito ma con i cornetti "cingommosi" e senza gusto e altre dal pavimento inevitabilmente tempestato di briciole ma con la pasta sfoglia che letteralmente si scioglie al palato. Bravi e continuate così...il lavoro ben fatto anche se alla lunga...paga sempre. the genuine processing according to tradition ... is noticeable not only on the palate but also on the quantity of crumbs that the real puff pastry, suitably worked and leavened, leaves "to snow" on the ground. I saw patisseries from the floor always clean but with the "cingommosi" croissants and without taste and others from the floor inevitably studded with crumbs but with the puff pastry that literally melts on the palate. I dolci sempre squisiti e per la disponibilità nn ci sono parole, sono persone bravissime e pronte a tirarti fuori da ogni guaio anche se ordini un dolce personalizzato all'ultimo minuto. in un unica parola: BRAVI what to say: EXCELLENT. The desserts are always delicious and for availability there are no words, they are very good people and ready to get you out of any trouble even if you order a personalized dessert at the last minute. in one word: BRAVI

Unico Consider da segnalare riguarda un aspetto probabilmente nn rilevante ma importante per la sensibilità del cliente. Quando si consegna una torta o un qualsiasi dolce ad un cliente e’ buona norma pesare i dolciumi di fronte al cliente. La fiducia e’ massima ma la trasparenza fa la differenza sempre. Mi permetto di scrivere perché sn cliente e la Mia nota e’ puramente costruttiva e volta a migliorare un servizio. Super consigliata. Super recommended pastry. We have had the mimosa cake multiple times which I believe is among the best ever eaten before. The only consideration to point out concerns an aspect that is probably not relevant but important for the sensitivity of the customer. When delivering a cake or any dessert to a customer, it is good practice to weigh the sweets in front of the customer. Trust is maximum but transparency always makes the difference. I take the liberty of writing because the customer sn and the My note is purely constructive and aimed at improving a service. Super recommended.
