Mai scelta si è rivelata più indovinata. Come faccio a descrivervi l'esplosione dei sapori al primo assaggio? Cioccolato, che ti introduce al delicato ripieno e la granella di pistacchi saporitissimi che chiude il primo boccone e già la mano protende il cucchiaino verso la fetta di torta gelato...Scelta indovinatissima. Da ripetere quanto prima, sicuramente!
P.S. Ottimi e professionali anche i consigli di QUALE torta gelato scegliere non tanto per l'occasione quanto per il pasto a cui si deve legare. Bravissimi e competenti.
I can say that after decades in which the words "gelato cake" were linked to industrial mappings that made me only sad, I followed the advice to go and choose an ARTISAN ice cream cake from Dolci Momenti. Never choice has proved more guessed. How can I describe the explosion of flavors at the first taste? Chocolate, which introduces you to the delicate filling and the very tasty pistachio grains that closes the first bite and already the hand reaches out with the spoon towards the slice of ice cream cake ... A very good choice. Definitely to be repeated as soon as possible!
P.S. The advice on WHICH ice cream cake to choose is also excellent and professional, not so much for the occasion as for the meal to which it must be linked. Very good and competent.
