Avevano fatto un piccolo errore nella composizione del pacco (tutte scorzette all’arancia invece che miste) e hanno immediatamente inviato di loro spontanea volontà le scorzette a limone 250gr a loro spese scusandosi del malinteso. Che dire, super soddisfatto del prodotto , della vendita e del post vendita. Lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio Order online, good products, quick and precise assistance in answering. La mia ragazza parte per una settimana e l'uovo, se dovesse arrivare, vi tornerà indietro. Siete poco seri. CHIEDO RIMBORSO. Che vergogna! Order # 12477 ordered on 13th April and as of today 24th April not arrived yet. My girlfriend is leaving for a week and the egg, if it arrives, will come back to you. You are not serious. I ASK FOR A REFUND. What a shame!

Dopo due giorni chiamo e mi dicono che l'ordine non è andato a buon fine, peccato però che io il pagamento l'avessi fatto. Chiedo un rimborso, o perlomeno che l'ordine venga processato ma mi rispondono che senza il numero di riferimento dello stesso non è possibile (cosa strana direi, visto che sono stati molto bravi e veloci a dirmi che l'ordine non fosse andato a buon fine). Decido di mandare una mail che però non ottiene nessuna risposta. Chiamando il loro numero di riferimento rispondono 1 volta su 4. Per 30€ adesso non mi metto ad alzare polveroni, né a perdere troppo tempo però questo atteggiamento è veramente schifoso. I ordered a product that cost me 30 € with shipping. No mail was sent to me for my payment. After two days I call and they tell me that the order was not successful, but it is a pity that I had made the payment. I ask for a refund, or at least for the order to be processed but they reply that without the reference number of the same it is not possible (strange thing I would say, since they were very good and quick to tell me that the order had not gone well end). I decide to send an email but it gets no response. Calling their reference number they answer 1 time out of 4. For 30 € now I don't start raising fuss or wasting too much time, but this attitude is really disgusting.

Dimenticavo.... la spedizione del prodotto è ben curata! Sono stata incuriosita dai vari prodotti offerti e dalla possibilità di personalizzarli, soprattutto ero interessata ai prodotti dolciari per San Valentino. Sono stata molto contenta di aver acquistato da loro per diversi motivi: ottimo prodotto, alta qualità e anche per quanto riguarda il packaging e il trasporto con corriere, nonostante i prodotti hanno percorso mezza Italia, nulla da dire: tutto eccellente! i prodotti sono arrivati integri e ben confezionati. Complimenti per le Vostre creazioni e per la passione che mettete nel vostro lavoro! I discovered "Sweet Creations" through social.
