L	Leonardo Guasti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato il numero sulla confezione dei "cenci tutto burro" perché nonostante non parli di tracce di frutta a guscio( figlio allergico) volevo essere sicuro che non fossero stati fritti in olio di arachidi. Il centralinista molto gentile mi indirizza subito al reparto qualità dove trovo un'impiegata veramente efficiente che dopo avermi chiesto un recapito mi comunicava che si sarebbe informata e che mi avrebbe fatto sapere. Penso non siano passati neanche 2 minuti che sono stato ricontattato e rassicurato del fatto che era stato usato olio di girasole. Quindi.. Figlio felice e genitori di più! Comprerò sempre questo prodotto perché oltre che essere squisito é prodotto da un'azienda seria e competente. Complimenti. The very kind switchboard operator immediately directed me to the quality department where I find a really efficient employee who after asking me for a contact informed me that she would inquire and that she would let me know. I think not even 2 minutes have passed since I was contacted and reassured that sunflower oil had been used. So .. Happy son and more parents! I will always buy this product because in addition to being delicious it is produced by a serious and competent company. Congratulations.

Entrambi diciamo buonasera ai 2 commessi ,un ragazzo ed una giovane ragazza, che erano nella parte del bancone più lontana dall’entrata, si girano e non rispondono al saluto. Dopo un minuto abbondante io e la signora ci guardiamo stupiti della mancanza di risposta. Dopo altra attesa la signora dice alla figlia di andare via.Io gli rispondo ” la seguo" . Complimenti se questa è la' attenzione e la professionalità che avete veramente complimenti.Mai più.Ers sicuramente più importante parlare dei propri affari che servire dei clienti. I enter the Alfiero Bianchi retail store, preceded by a lady with her daughter. We both say good evening to the 2 clerks, a boy and a young girl, who were in the part of the counter furthest from the entrance, turn around and do not respond to the greeting. After a full minute the lady and I look at each other amazed at the lack of response. After another wait the lady tells her daughter to go away. I reply "I follow her". Congratulations if this is the attention and professionalism that you really have compliments. Never more. It is certainly more important to talk about your business than to serve customers .
