★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un piccolo ma ben fornito negozio al centro del paese, a ridosso del centro storico, vicino al monumento dei caduti e in una strada molto importante: è Dolce Salato. Gestito da due ragazze, offre tante specialità dai taralli e tarallucci a intorchiate, friselle di grano e di farina integrale, biscotti classici da latte, le fiorentine, le intorchiate con mandorle, ma anche pane, focacce e calzoni ripieni secondo la tradizione. Ciò che più stupisce sono i panzerotti che preparono ogni sera e che sono una vera bontà.
A small but well-stocked shop in the center of the town, close to the historic center, near the war memorial and in a very important street: Dolce Salato. Run by two girls, it offers many specialties from taralli and tarallucci to intorchiate, wheat and wholemeal flour friselle, classic milk biscuits, the Florentine, the intorchiate with almonds, but also bread, focaccia and calzoni stuffed according to tradition. What is most surprising are the panzerotti they prepare every evening and which are a real goodness.
