I've been going to buy from these gentlemen for 10 years. Good shop but the products are really TOP. The prices in my opinion are a little expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 22 novembre 2019 faccio 3 ordini importanti per regali da fare per Natale. Ricevo due conferme di ordine effettuato dal negozio e 3 conferme di avvenuto pagamento da Paypal. Il 7 dicembre chiamo e mi dicono che non sapevano niente dei miei 3 ordini, che lo shop on line non funziona e che i prezzi non sono aggiornati e che quindi avrei dovuto rifare ordine con prezzi nuovi!!! Chiedo ed ottengo rimborso quasi completo (il terzo mi hanno rimborsato 2 euro in meno). Senza scuse, senza parole, senza 2 euro, senza regali. NON ORDINATE!!!
On November 22, 2019, I make 3 important orders for Christmas gifts. I receive two confirmations of order made by the shop and 3 confirmations of payment by Paypal. On December 7, call and tell me that they knew nothing of my 3 orders, that the online shop is not working and that prices are out of date and therefore I had to redo order with new prices !!! I ask and I get almost full repayment (the third repaid me 2 euros less). Without apology, without words, without 2 euros, without gifts. DO NOT ORDER !!!
