Le ho mangiate a Terracina a Circeo, però quì ci torno sempre. Sarà che sono enormi, soffici e carichi da inseguire il ripieno che non caschi da qualche parte. Sarà che mi imbratto sempre le dita, oltre ad ustionarmi la lingua se non ci sono attento. Perchè l'equilibrio stà nel mangiarle lentamente per degustarle senza danni. Ho degustato solo quelle alla crema ed alla nutella. Personale sempre educato e disponibile. In these parts the bombs are a challenge among pastry chefs. Everyone puts his own extra something. Le bombe sono fritte davvero bene tanto che non si sente il sapore dell'olio e non lasciano nello stomaco la classica sensazione di pesantezza da frittura. L'unica pesantezza sta tutta nel nome ? La mia preferita è quella raffaello e scaglie di mandorla, al secondo posto quella con la crema al limone! Consigliatissime! Calde ancora meglio! Throughout the winter I dream of the moment when I can enjoy one!
