Dopo aver chiamato la figlia, colei che doveva fare la torta, e dopo che lei aveva confermato il tutto, mi è stato detto di passare verso le 16:00, quando l'ora del ritiro era stata accordata per le 12:00. Una volta andato, alle 16, mi sono state consegnate due torte, una di 3kg e una di 1kg, quando la torta che avevo prenotato era una torta a due piani di 4kg. Sconsiglio
Unprofessional, I ordered a cake for an eighteenth and on pickup day I was told there was no reservation. After calling the daughter, the one who was to make the cake, and after she confirmed everything, I was told to come by around 4pm, when the pickup time was agreed for 12pm. Once I went, at 4pm, I was given two cakes, one of 3kg and one of 1kg, when the cake I had reserved was a double-tier cake of 4kg. I do not recommend
