Ho fatto una colazione direi abbastanza normale...non comprendo tutte le recensioni a 5 stelle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsissimo senso di cura del Cliente. A fronte di un errore palese della pasticceria, mi sono dovuto tenere un prodotto pagato diverso da quello che avevo ordinato. Per due volte consecutive. Tenersi alla larga.

Domenica mattina scorsa ho comprato d'asporto una brioche alla marmellata (senza lode né infamia) un calzone con pasta sfoglia (buonino), un bignè al pistacchio (sapeva di mandorla indice di una crema al pistacchio di scarsa qualità) e un bignè al cioccolato avariato (al primo morso ho sentito che la crema al cioccolato era acida, ho dovuto sputare il boccone e io non sputo mai il cibo!) Non si possono vendere alimenti andati a male!

Last Sunday morning I bought a brioche with jam (without praise or infamy) a calzone with puff pastry (buonino), a pistachio cream puff (it tasted of almond, an indication of a pistachio cream. poor quality) and a spoiled chocolate cream puff (at first bite I felt the chocolate cream was sour, I had to spit out the bite and I never spit the food!) You can't sell spoiled food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è carino ma le foto delle paste ci hanno letteralmente depistato. Siamo arrivati lì e c'era un quarto delle paste rispetto alle foto, inoltre quelle assaggiate sembravano quelle confezionate. Neanche il cappuccino mi è piaciuto, c'era qualcosa che non mi convinceva probabilmente la macchina del caffè era un po' bruciata.. insomma un mix di cose che proprio non mi hanno fatto gustare la colazione.
Il personale giovanile ma era più attento ai clienti abituali che altro, dire che siamo stati messi in secondo piano è fare un complimento.
The place is nice but the photos of the pastries have literally misled us. We got there and there was a quarter of the pastas compared to the photos, plus the ones tasted looked like the packaged ones. I didn't like the cappuccino either, there was something that didn't convince me probably the coffee machine was a bit burnt .. in short, a mix of things that just didn't make me enjoy breakfast.
The staff were youthful but were more attentive to regulars than anything else, to say we were overshadowed is a compliment.
