Ho acquistato dei cupcakes non solo molto belli e curati nei particolari, ma anche freschissimi e di superba qualità. Su appuntamento mi sono stati preparati in giornata poche ore prima del ritiro. Impasto soffice e leggero, sia nella versione vaniglia, vaniglia e gocce di cioccolato che nella versione cioccolato. Hanno mantenuto interamente la loro morbidezza per due giorni. Il frosting decorativo è molto più leggero dei classici cupcakes in quanto realizzato con densa panna fresca. Per non parlare della pasta di zucchero usata per la decorazione dei cupacakes: per nulla stucchevole, poco dolce, croccante ma non dura. Adattissimo sia per adulti ma sopratutto per bambini. Le mie nipotine adorano i cupcakes per l'immagine ma... di fatto dopo averci giocato, lo lasciano. Ecco n questo caso hanno trangugiato l'intero pasticcino. A dimostrazione della leggerezza dello stesso. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Pasticceria davvero Freschissima a€ 25,00 al Kg. Circa € 4,50 a cupcake. Non ho avuto neanche il modo di spiegare (torta sferica semplice con degli zuccherini colorati posizionati su un fianco), e senza neanche sapere quanto fossi disposta a spendere. Come se fosse stato un problema permettersi di chiedere una torta per sei persone. Abbiamo mandato delle foto trovate su internet di un modello di torta che le piaceva e il Risultato e’ stato fenomenale !!!! Oltre alla bellezza indiscutibile, una vera delizia. Freschissima, prodotti di qualità. Molto spesso queste torte “belle da vedere “ sono immangiabili , questa red velvet era tra le più buone che io abbia mai mangiato (e preciso che sono crescita negli Stati Uniti la patria di questo dolce ) !!!
