★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relazionarsi a volte è difficile, specialmente quando tutto è nuovo, dalle persone alle tecniche. Eppure basta poco per affezionarsi. "Quando si entra in palestra, bisogna lasciare i pensieri fuori. Qui si fa Karate".
Sembra difficile, ma non è impossibile, soprattutto se a insegnare movimenti precisi sono maestri preparati e disponibili a venire incontro, a far comprendere che vive un universo in ogni movimento.
Relating is sometimes difficult, especially when everything is new, from people to techniques. Yet it takes little to become attached. "When you enter the gym, you have to leave your thoughts out. Here you do Karate".
It seems difficult, but it is not impossible, especially if teachers are prepared to teach precise movements and are willing to help, to make people understand that there is a universe in every movement.
