Con l’occasione Elena si è offerta disponibile ad accorciare gratuitamente il pelo attorno agli occhi in quanto leggermente lunghi. Finito il tutto sono rientrato a casa e ho notato che la stessa aveva tagliato malamente anche il pelo sopra il capo, formando un solco vistoso, detto anche castrone. Dopo alcuni giorni nonostante diversi sms e chiamate a vuoto sono riuscito a contattarla e a chiederle il perché di tale comportamento. Ovviamente le sue giustificazioni sono state ridicole e senza senso che non giustificano minimamente il suo maldestro intervento al pelo sopra la testa. La prima: ho dovuto accorciare il pelo sopra la testa perché gli entrava negli occhi; la seconda: non stava fermo perché eravate presenti; la terza: volevo farvi vedere la lunghezza del taglio che avrei fatto la prossima settimana. Sta di fatto che il gravissimo atteggiamento tenuto da Elena in detta circostanza denota poca serietà e tranquillità professionale. Da evitare sicuramente. A very bad professional to say the least.
