★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unica cosa contestabile : i prezzi un po' elevati ma nella norma nei negozi specializzati per animali. I prodotti sono ottimi e delle migliori marche e anche per animali con patologie. I commessi gentili e disponibili e danno il biscottino al cane per coccolarlo!. Il negozio è anche vicino a casa. Meglio di così?
The only questionable thing: the slightly high prices but in the norm in specialized pet shops. The products are excellent and of the best brands and also for animals with diseases. The shop assistants are kind and helpful and give the dog the biscuit to cuddle him !. The shop is also close to home. Better than this?

Stunning place. I spend hours choosing things for my dog because they have so much selection. The staff are friendly and always ready to help you, as well as very knowledgeable.

Very well stocked shop, some products I can only find here, helpful and kind staff. Clean room. Periodically they do promotions and discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situazione vergognosa e pericolosa che si è verificata mentre ero all'interno del negozio con la mia cagnolina per provare una pettorina: la commessa non ci saltava fuori con le misure e sono passati tipo 40 minuti (senza che il titolare si interessasse del tempo che passava) quando la cagnolina, esausta, è scattata verso l'uscita ritrovandosi su via giardini a vagabondare. Nel cercare di recuperarla il personale se ne è altamente disinteressato continuando a far cassa..tutto molto triste
Shameful and dangerous situation that occurred while I was inside the shop with my dog to try on a harness: the saleswoman did not jump out with the measurements and it was like 40 minutes (without the owner being interested in the time that passed ) when the dog, exhausted, sprinted towards the exit and found herself on Via Giardini wandering around. In trying to recover it, the staff was highly disinterested and continued to make money .. all very sad
