Sufficienti nella quantità delle porzioni. Prezzo nella media prenotando con "The Fork" che permette di avere sconti in alcuni giorni, altrimenti sarebbe sopra la media. Formal room in the basement of the Deveró hotel. Cozy but not luxurious as it tries to appear. Good and special dishes, but not sought after. Sufficient in the quantity of portions. Average price by booking with "The Fork" which allows you to get discounts in some days, otherwise it would be above average.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo prenotato al volo su the Fork, mezzo con cui siamo venuti a conoscenza di questo “ristorante”. Abbiamo preso due antipasti e il secondo e non abbiamo voluto scoprire il dolce ma abbiamo preferito scappare in tempo. Come antipasto ho scelto una parmigiana e il mio ragazzo un tortino alla zucca: entrambi navigavano in una sorta d’acqua (riscaldati a microonde? Congelati?) e inoltre la mia parmigiana non era mangiabile: amara e dura anche tagliandola con il coltello. Come secondo abbiamo optato per la frittura mista entrambi: ovviamente pesce non fresco, pesantissima ed estremamente salata (almeno quanto bere la notte posso sceglierlo io?!?). In tutto ciò le porzioni non erano misere di più! Senza vino e solo una bottiglia d’acqua con lo sconto del 25% su the Fork abbiamo speso €58! Mai più!!! It deserves that star only for personal, prepared and very friendly. My boyfriend and I booked on the fly on the Fork, the means by which we became acquainted with this "restaurant". We took two starters and the second and we didn't want to discover the dessert but we preferred to escape in time. As an appetizer I chose a parmigiana and my boyfriend a pumpkin pie: both were navigating in some sort of water (heated in the microwave? Frozen?) And also my parmigiana was not edible: bitter and hard even when cut with a knife. As a second course we opted for the mixed frying both: obviously not fresh fish, very heavy and extremely salty (at least how much I drink at night can I choose?!?). In all this the portions were not miserable any more! Without wine and only a bottle of water with a 25% discount on the Fork we spent € 58! Never again!!!

Comunque tutta la struttura é perfetta, davvero ordinata, pulitissima , le camere dell hotel sono molto grandi. Belle , davvero ! Tutto é super curato . Ho trovato davvero poche strutture alberghiere cosi di alto livello , il Devero merita !!! With friends staying at the hotel. Very well dined, first class service, despite calling it a bistro. The ribollita, I liked it very much! However the whole structure is perfect, really neat, very clean, the hotel rooms are very large. Fine, really! Everything is super nice. I found very few hotels of such a high standard, the Devero deserves !!!

Dimenticatevi i piatti curati ed unici dello cheff Ungaretti, che dispiacere aver perso un ristorante di alto calibro! Mediocri i piatti e prezzi molto alti rispetto alla qualità del cibo offerto! Peccato The management, the staff and the kitchen have changed .... Forget the refined and unique dishes of Cheff Ungaretti, what a pity to have lost a high-caliber restaurant! Si sono accorti che una di noi compiva gli anni e hanno preparato una gradita sorpresa. Cucina ottima con materie prime eccellenti. Consigliatissimo per coppie o pranzi d'affari. Found by chance on The Fork, a tasteful and very welcoming location. Very knowledgeable, attentive and unobtrusive staff. They realized that one of us was having a birthday and prepared a pleasant surprise. Excellent cuisine with excellent raw materials. Highly recommended for couples or business lunches.

Direi tutto perfetto, bellissima struttura, accoglienza e professionalità impeccabile. Cibo ottimo!! Prezzi alla portata di tutti. Bravi!!! Il bistrot è più easy. Tavoli semplici , giusta distanza . Menù ristretto con varianti carne/pesce . Prezzi in linea con il contesto . Ho preso la zuppa di ceci e cozze , trenette ai mirtilli e ragù di lepre . Tiramisù di dolce . Ho speso meno di 30€ con caffè ed acqua. Comodo parcheggio. 5 minuti dal casello della A4... meglio che mangiare in autogrill. In passing, taking advantage of a discount on the fork. Good reception, local within the hotel. Convenient parking. 5 minutes from the A4 motorway exit ... better than eating in motorway stops.
