Inoltre ho risparmiato un sacco di soldi perché trattandosi di Mac in un caso è bastato riparare le saldature della scheda video (150€ contro 850€ dell'apple store)... Interventi coperti da garanzia del riparatore e eseguiti da tecnici competenti! Lo consiglio senza dubbio. I turned to their service center three times and received excellent service. Interventions covered by the repairer's warranty and performed by competent technicians! I would definitely recommend it.
A	Alessandro Bodda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ portato un macbook pro del 2011 con noti problemi alla scheda grafica, risolti con spesa di 180€, dovuta alla "riparazione" della stessa, senza sostituirla. ora dopo 3 mesi e 1 settimana, guardacaso a una settimana dalla scadenza della garanzia, i problemi si ripresentano. contattato il titolare il quale mi dice di passare per sistemarla con un bello sconto, invece di 180 ben 150€!!!!. no grazie cambio riparatore. basta farsi prendere per il c. brought a 2011 macbook pro with known graphics card issues, resolved at an expense of 180 €, due to the "repair" of the same, without replacing it. now after 3 months and 1 week, after one week from the expiry of the warranty, the problems reappear. contacted the owner who tells me to go to fix it with a nice discount, instead of 180 well 150 € !!!!. no thanks change repairman. just get caught by the c.

L	Luigi Forgia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver portato i miei due computer, un notebook HP Pavillon DV5 e un PC fisso da aggiustare, mi sentivo a mio agio per poter dar di nuovo vita ai miei due apparecchi elettronici. Dopo 2-3 settimane mi consegnano i computer aggiustati. Li testo a casa mia e nessuno dei due risponde ai miei comandi e danno parecchi errori e entrambi risultano essere molto lenti. Questo processo di ritorno al negozio per capire quale sia il problema si ripete 3-4 volte nel giro di 10 giorni; alchè chiedo che mi sia dimostrato il funzionamento dei PC (per capire se fosse un problema solo di casa mia); il feedback del proprietario non è molto cortese anzi mi fa notare che io probabilmente ho danneggiato il computer quando sono tornato a casa a provarlo, ma vabbè, ho sorvolato. Passa l'estate senza che io abbia utilizzato il PC fisso (lo usò mia madre un paio di volte ma tempo 30 minuti e il computer si resettava da solo) ma solo il portatile che risulta avere, dopo 1-2 mesi dalla riparazione, un crash alla scheda grafica e alla scheda madre, dei professionisti si sarebbero accorti di un problema del genere. Intanto io ho pagato 150euro per ripararli entrambi, perdite di tempo per tornare ogni volta in negozio e disagio per aver potuto utilizzare il mio pc per solo due mesi, ora servono altri soldi per sistemarlo. Il pc fisso nell'anno nuovo lo riporterò indietro e chiederò spiegazioni. Pessima esperienza. After bringing my two computers, an HP Pavillon DV5 notebook and a desktop PC to fix, I felt comfortable being able to revive my two electronics. After 2-3 weeks I get the fixed computers. I test them at my house and neither of them responds to my commands and they give several errors and both turn out to be very slow. This process of returning to the store to figure out what the problem is repeats 3-4 times within 10 days; alche I ask that I be shown the functioning of the PC (to understand if it was a problem only in my house); the owner's feedback is not very courteous in fact he points out that I probably damaged the computer when I came home to try it, but oh well, I flew over. The summer passes without having used the desktop PC (my mother used it a couple of times but in 30 minutes and the computer reset itself) but only the laptop which appears to have, after 1-2 months from the repair, a crash to the graphics card and motherboard, professionals would have noticed such a problem. In the meantime, I paid 150 euros to repair them both, wasting time to go back to the shop every time and discomfort for having been able to use my pc for only two months, now we need more money to fix it. The fixed pc in the new year will bring it back and ask for explanations. Bad experience.
e	emilio lizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prima del lockdown di marzo per sostituire un mio hdd con un ssd su un imac mi chiese 70 euro, dopo il lockdown per sostituire una fascetta da 1 euro mi ha fatto pagare 150 euro perchè aprire un imac e una responsabilità. Ma perchè per sostituire l'hard disk non doveva aprirlo? tra l'altro ho chiesto l'elenco di quello che aveva fatto per chiedere cosi tanto lo sto ancora aspettando.
