★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meno di una stella non si può se no lo darei. 1 anno fa vado ad sostituire il parabrezza di una Audi a6, alla fine del lavoro mi trovo la tapizeria sporca di grasso intorno allo specchietto, un pezzetto della plastica che svolge lo specchio rotto e se come non bastasse mentre mi rimontavano le aste laterali esterni una di loro si è rotta proprio davanti a me, mi hanno promesso che me la ordinano io ho detto che va bene anche usata non per forza nuova, e siamo rimasti d'accordo che mi chiameranno quando arriva. E passato 1 anno e non si sono più fatti sentire. Conclusione: incapacità, nessuna serietà, bugiardi. Ah e ancora aspetto la fattura richiesta 2 volte che mi è stata promessa via email ?
 Less than a star you can not otherwise I would give it. 1 year ago I go to replace the windshield of an Audi a6, at the end of the work I find the greasy carpet around the mirror, a piece of the plastic that unwinds the broken mirror and if that's not enough while I reassembled the external side rods one of them it broke right in front of me, they promised me that they would order it I said that it is okay even used not necessarily new, and we agreed that they will call me when it arrives. It's been 1 year and they haven't been heard anymore. Conclusion: inability, no seriousness, liars. Ah and still waiting for the requested invoice 2 times that was promised to me by email ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veloci, cortesi, recatomi per richiesta sostituzione parabrezza rotto il 17 agosto, due giorni dopo mi hanno sostituito il vetro. Considerato il periodo di chiusure generali x ferie sono soddisfatto. Lavoro ben eseguito.
Quick, courteous, I went to request a replacement of the broken windshield on August 17th, two days later they replaced the glass. Considering the period of general closures for holidays I am satisfied. Job well done.
