★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In pochi giorni 2 o 3 hanno procurato il cristallo anteriore della mia auto e in un'ora e mezza l'hanno sostituito. Lavoro eseguito perfettamente, gentili e professionali. Con la polizza cristalli non ho sborsato un euro.
In a few days 2 or 3 they got the front window of my car and in an hour and a half they replaced it. Work done perfectly, kind and professional. I didn't pay a single euro with the glass policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento dopo aver letto i feed, ho trovato una cortesia fuori del comune ed una efficienza altrettanta. Hanno sostituito il parabrezza in circa un ora e mezza, nel mentre ero in un salottino dove mi hanno anche offerto un caffè. Che dire di più, se dovesse arrivarmi un altra sassata in autostrada (spero di no perché il colpo è stato come un proiettile) so già dove tornare ?bravi e ancora grazie ☺️
I made an appointment after reading the feeds, I found a courtesy out of the ordinary and an equal efficiency. They replaced the windshield in about an hour and a half, while I was in a sitting room where they also offered me a coffee. What can I say more, if I should get another stone on the highway (I hope not because the blow was like a bullet) I already know where to go back ?good and thanks again ☺️

Ho sostituito il cristallo anteriore della mia auto danneggiato da un sasso e con l'assicurazione non ho dovuto pagare nulla.
L'unica cosa che ho da criticare È che avrei apprezzato essere avvisato che non mi sarebbe stato installato il vetro originale.
E se avessi voluto quello avrei dovuto richiederlo e ordinarlo.
My experience has been positive.
I replaced the front window of my car damaged by a stone and I didn't have to pay anything with the insurance.
The only thing I have to criticize is that I would have appreciated being advised that the original glass would not be installed on me.
And if I wanted that I would have to request and order it.
