Unica nota negativa è l'afflusso di gente nello stesso orario che rovina un po' tutto. Un po' di persone in meno nello stesso orario renderebbe sicuramente l'esperienza migliore First positive experience in this wellness center. The staff is friendly and professional. La struttura è tenuta pulita, le piscine sono grandi così da poter contenere varie persone simultaneamente,..gli istruttori sono molto professionali e motivati , ci sono vari corsi in tante fasce orarie ..un neo sono gli spogliatoi un po' piccoli, e le docce che andrebbero rifatte, abbastanza mal conce. Mi rendo conto che la gestione di una struttura di questa portata non è facile ..ma i clienti lo apprezzerebbero. The structure is kept clean, the pools are large so that they can hold several people simultaneously, .. the instructors are very professional and motivated, there are various courses in many time slots .. a drawback are the slightly small changing rooms, and the showers that should be redone, quite badly designed. I realize that managing a facility of this magnitude is not easy .. but customers would appreciate it.

I went there with my boyfriend as we had "percorso benessere" and I thought we would have a nice time, but unfortunately we were not treated very well. The saunas and pools were overcrowded. Nothing explained, for example how long to stay in one or another, in which order... Someone replaced our towels and used them, and we had nothing to wipe, but the employees were not interested at all about this problem. My massage, unfortunately, didn't happen in a nice atmosphere, because I am sorry to say that, but the masseuse stank very much and in such a small room I was feeling it so badly! I'll not come back there for sure. I can't say a bad word about the women in the entrance, cause she was very nice, and the man in the bar where we went to choose our tea. My boyfriend said that the man that did the massage to him was good too.

On the whole good value for money as we used Groupon to book and save. Parking is ok. Small cafe on site. Make sure you take your own flipflops, towel, bathrobe, swimming cap and small padlock for locker.
