★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo tenere i miei capelli lunghi, solo spuntarli, e invece sono stati tagliati di almeno 5 cm. Ho chiesto di non scalare e ho avuto un taglio scalato. Quando ho fatto notare che era stato fatto il contrario di quello che avevo chiesto, mi e' stato detto, con una certa condiscendenza, che era "per il mio bene". Insomma sono stata trattata, come una schiocchina, una che non sa quello che vuole. Si sono quindi aggiunte le beffe al danno. Per non dire del trattamento colore, che non mi ha soddisfatto per niente, e ancora una volta non sono stata ascoltata. Un'esperienza davvero frustrante, oserei dire orribile. Mi aspettano alcuni mesi di capelli da tenere legati. Questo per il costo di 85 Euro.
I wanted to keep my hair long, just trim it, and instead it was cut at least 5cm. I asked not to climb and I had a layered cut. When I pointed out that the opposite of what I had asked for had been done, I was told, with some condescension, that it was "for my own good". In short, I was treated like a snap, someone who doesn't know what she wants. Insults have therefore been added to the injury. Not to mention the color treatment, which did not satisfy me at all, and once again I was not heard. A truly frustrating, dare I say horrible experience. I expect a few months of hair to keep tied up. This is for the cost of 85 Euros.
