Nel 2017 abbiamo allestito la ns. officina per poter realizzare celermente i prototipi, prima della produzione in scala, e per fare questo, ci siamo affidati alla soc. DM Italia che ci ha permesso di centrare in pieno il ns. obbiettivo, con macchine dall'elevato rapporto qualità prezzo (tornio MULTITECH 1000-51 e fresa Orion) che lavorarano ininterrottamente per più di 8 ore al giorno, senza alcun problema; per non parlare poi, del post vendita, fuori dall'ordinario veramente - ci siamo accorti che uno degli ingranaggi che accompagnano il tornio era doppio, mentre maccava il 24 denti; dopo aver esposto il problema alla gentilissima Clara, lei si é subbito prodigata per sostituirci, addirittura in garanzia l'ingranaggio mancante. A questi livelli, io conosco solo Amazon. Ho comprato il mini tornio Edison 400 a settembre 2021, dopo qualche mese ho notato delle anomalie nelle letture digitali. La Damatomacchine si è resa subito disponibile per la sostituzione dei lettori digitali. Un ringraziamento particolare al signor Marco Bagatella dell'assistenza tecnica, alla cortese signorina Eleonora Bergamin dell'ufficio commerciale, e alla signora Clara, sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Serious company and kind and helpful staff as well as very prepared. I bought the Edison 400 mini lathe in September 2021, after a few months I noticed anomalies in the digital readings. Damatomacchine was immediately available for replacement of digital players. I just ordered a squaring machine for wood and I must say that I have been documenting myself on their website and you tube channel for quite some time and when I decided I contacted Mrs. na Eleonora and Giulia who followed me in the order procedure. I immediately liked the courtesy and precision in managing the order and confirmation, and sending other forms necessary for the guarantee and also for how to deal with the courier in case of damage. Basically I am very satisfied, now I am waiting for the delivery of the machine.
