Invece il pacco è arrivato stamattina come previsto... Ho acquistato due tailleur ed un pantalone... I tessuti sono buoni per il rapporto qualità/prezzo... La vestibilità anche e devo dire che anche il servizio clienti è stato soddisfacente... Spero di riacquistare in futuro e di ritrovare un buon servizio perché il cliente va soddisfatto sempre. La ragazza sempre disponibile e gentile. Una nota ancora più positiva per me essendo che acquisto online da loro è che la ragazza spiega sulle storie IG ogni minimo dettaglio del prodotto quindi è di grande aiuto per chi come me è molto pignola. Dalla conferma dell'ordine online sul sito dopo qualche ora vieni contattato telefonicamente dall'ufficio spedizioni djm per richiedere conferma se si è sicuri o meno di voler procedere con l'ordine. Riguardo la spedizione posso dire che i tempi di consegna sono giusti. Per me su questo shop non ci sono note negative anzi. Mi sveglio la mattina già col pensiero di controllare se è stato pubblicato qualcosa di nuovo. Il mio compagno vedendo i miei acquisti mi ha chiesto se vendevano anche abiti maschili essendo che ne è rimasto molto colpito dal rapporto qualità prezzo e bellezza. Presto andrò nel negozio fisico. Complimenti a tutto lo staff djm shop a presto per un nuovo ordine❤️ I don't understand the negative reviews regarding this shop. From the first purchase, I fell in love with it. In fact I have ordered 6 more times from them. The girl always available and kind. An even more positive note for me being that I buy online from them is that the girl explains every little detail of the product on the IG stories so she is a great help for someone like me who is very fussy. From the confirmation of the online order on the site, after a few hours you will be contacted by phone by the djm shipping office to request confirmation whether or not you are sure you want to proceed with the order. Regarding the shipping I can say that the delivery times are right. For me on this shop there are no negative notes indeed. I wake up in the morning with the thought of checking if something new has been published. L'ho rimandata indietro per poter ricevere quella nel colore richiesto e dopo qualche giorno mi è stato detto che in realtà il colore non era presente nonostante mi avessero assicurato il contrario. Completamente disorganizzati. I bought two shirts, one arrived but in a different shade of blue from the one on the site (blue on the site while the one that arrived is midnight blue), the other of a completely different color from the one I ordered. Faccio ordini online sui vari siti da tempo ormai e non ho mai avuto così tanti problemi come con loro. Non sono precisi, è vero può darsi che non sempre i capi siano disponibili, ma se la cosa è ripetuta nel tempo significa che alla base c'è qualcosa che non va. Più volte mi è capitato di acquistare degli articoli e a casa non mi arrivano tutti e non venivo contatta telefonicamente per essere avvisata. Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, ho cercato di dare anche più possibilità, acquistando nonostante le varie esperienze deludenti, ma il risultato era sempre lo stesso. Passano i giorni, li contatto e mi rispondono che il corriere non aveva trovato il citofono e solitamente i corrieri quando hanno problemi di questo tipo chiamano al numero cellulare altrimenti non avrebbe senso richiederlo. Il vestito l'avevo comprato per una festa di laurea di ieri sera e chiaramente sono rimasta completamente appesa!!! Li ho contattati ripetutamente da lunedì e come si dice a Napoli mi hanno portato per Vichi e vicariell! "L'ordine sta arrivando,l'ordine è stato spedito e stai tranquilla" e bla bla bla. Stamattina mi arriva un messaggio in cui mi comunicano che il vestito ordinato non è disponibile (mi chiedo come sia possibile che risultava disponibile online al momento dell'ordine se poi materialmente il l' vestito non esistrva!) Mi hanno detto che avrei potuto prenderlo in un altra variante di colore o prendere altro visto che c'erano nuovi arrivi. Inutile specificare che ho preteso il l rimborso immediato. L'unica nota positiva è che mi hnno fatto il bonifico immediatamente. Ragazze diffidate!!!! Una vera e propria truffa Bad !!! C	Cecilia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consegna velocissima nonostante abbia ordinato tra l'epifania ed il fine settimana. Purtroppo uno dei due maglioni che avevo ordinato è diverso da come me l'aspettavo. Sul sito viene presentato dentro una gonna a ruota, quindi metà del maglione non si vede. Pensavo fosse normale, liscio...invece quando è arrivato ho scoperto che sul fondo ha un'arricciatura che non permette neanche di metterlo dentro i pantaloni/gonne aderenti. Ok presentare i capi abbinati ma consiglio di far vedere i prodotti nella loro interezza, soprattutto se hanno forme o dettagli particolari.
