Questa, infatti, è l’unica enoteca nella quale non troverai le etichette che conosci già e che trovi ovunque (per quanto ottime). Qui si vendono solo vini di cantine piccole e molto piccole, tendenzialmente poco note, selezionate attraverso un lavoro certosino di ricerca sui territori (e che richiede una conoscenza estremamente approfondita di quel mondo). Perfino i vini campani qui regalano sorprese inaspettate con etichette quasi introvabili; figurarsi per le altre regioni… Fantastico, poi, il reparto dedicato ai Riesling è quello riservato ad una straordinaria selezione di Champagne di qualità: sorprendente non solo per la bontà dei prodotti (e, come al solito, per l’assenza delle solite etichette di massa), ma anche per i prezzi sempre abbordabili. Completano l’offerta i corsi e gli altri eventi che animano il locale, un punto di riferimento per chi è davvero appassionato del vino e vuole affidarsi a grandi conoscitori, non a semplici commercianti. Molto bella, originale e di qualità (manco a dirlo) la scelta di leccornie durante i periodi di Pasqua e di Natale. Grandi proprietari! In my opinion, one of the best wine bars in the city, and for a very specific reason: they have a rule that they respect religiously and that distinguishes them from all the others. This, in fact, is the only wine shop where you will not find the labels you already know and that you find everywhere (however excellent). Here we only sell wines from small and very small wineries, basically little known, selected through a painstaking research on the territories (and which requires an extremely in-depth knowledge of that world). Even the wines of Campania here offer unexpected surprises with almost impossible to find labels; imagine for the other regions ... Fantastic, then, the department dedicated to Rieslings is the one reserved for an extraordinary selection of quality Champagne: surprising not only for the goodness of the products (and, as usual, for the absence of the usual mass labels), but also for the prices always affordable. The offer is completed by the courses and other events that animate the place, a reference point for those who are really passionate about wine and want to rely on great connoisseurs, not just traders. Very beautiful, original and of quality (needless to say) the choice of delicacies during the Easter and Christmas periods. Great owners!
