Però ho acquistato due divani, ed entrambi con problemi elettrici, assistenza scarsa e tempistiche molto lunghe. Spero di essere l unico Good prices, great advice, helpful and kind. However, I bought two sofas, and both had electrical problems, poor assistance and very long lead times. I hope to be the only one

Ordinato un bellissimo divano angolare, purtroppo il tempo di consegna é lungo ( 3 mesi ) Secondo acquisto fatto ma in pronta consegna. Sempre ottimo il servizio. The owner is kind and precise in her explanations. Excellent quality sofas with adequate prices but lower than the advertised brands. Ordered a beautiful corner sofa, unfortunately the delivery time is long (3 months) Second purchase made but ready for delivery. Always great service.

Finalmente realtà locali che si contrappongono ai discount del divano dove regna la serialità e la scarsa cura del dettaglio, assistenza post-vendita inesistente ecc.. Qui la storia è diversa: materiali al top, modelli strepitosi di design, consegna a domicilio con 15 giorni di anticipo e montaggio a regola d'arte, cortesia e disponibilità. Viva il Veneto! What to say?? Finally, artisanal quality products again! Finally local realities that are opposed to the discount of the sofa where seriality and lack of attention to detail reign, non-existent after-sales assistance etc. .. Here the story is different: top materials, amazing design models, home delivery with 15 days advance and perfect assembly, courtesy and availability. Long live the Veneto!

C' è un' ampia esposizione, divani di tutti i tipi e per tutti i gusti ed a prezzi veramente competitivi!!! La signora Morena, che ci ha seguiti, persona solare ed attenta alle esigenze del cliente, ha saputo mettersi alla ns altezza proponendoci proprio quello che cercavamo...indubbiamente il ns nuovo divano l' abbiamo acquistato ora aspettiamo che arrivi!!! A	Alessio Passadore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente pessima, una brutta storia che non auguro a nessuno, ho comperato molti divani, ma una storia del genere non mi è mai capitata,dopo varie telefonate e mail ricevute da parte dei titolari e con le varie ed insistenti scuse come da prassi che hanno avuto inizio ad aprile e si sono prorogate fino a Maggio (per colpa della guerra, i ritardi che sono causati dalla crisi economica globale, e come non dimenticare anche il covid )con continui spostamenti della data di consegna (oltre un mese) non ho mai avuto il divano che avevo contrattato , non ho nemmeno voglia di raccontare tutta la storia, fatto sta che dopo l'ennesima litigata ho preferito richiedere la caparra doppia che mi è stata giustamente restituita. Per farla breve SCONSIGLIO fortemente. Absolutely bad, a bad story that I do not wish on anyone, I bought many sofas, but such a story has never happened to me, after several phone calls and emails received from the owners and with the various and insistent apologies as per the practice they have started in April and extended until May (due to the war, the delays caused by the global economic crisis, and how not to forget also the covid) with continuous shifts of the delivery date (over a month) I never I had the sofa I had negotiated, I don't even want to tell the whole story, the fact is that after yet another fight I preferred to request the double deposit which was rightly returned to me. In short, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
