Le chiediamo se possiamo chiederle informazioni e molto seccata ci dice “dica”.... dopo la nostra domanda taglia corto dicendoci che quel modello che cerchiamo “noi non lo facciamo”!! Nessun’altra proposta. Nessun cenno di apertura o voglia di vendere. Siamo usciti immediatamente. Eppure oggi dovevamo comprare un divano. Titolari del negozio, svegliatevi. Dipendenti così non vi arricchiscono. Via Livorno 17/01/21 at 15:30 we enter, no one waiting for us at the entrance, we see in the distance a lady who doesn't say hello until after our goodbye. We ask her if we can ask her for information and very annoyed she says "tell us" .... after our question he cuts short telling us that the model we are looking for “we don't do it” !! No other proposal. No hint of openness or desire to sell. We got out immediately. Yet today we had to buy a sofa. Store owners, wake up. Employees like that don't make you rich.

F	Francesco C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buonasera, ordinato divano per mia suocera nella sede di torino il 14 gennaio e ancora non arrivato e ovviamente ARRIVA LA PROSSIMA SETTIMANA... stessa risposta da 2 mesi, però i soldini ve li siete presi subito! io mi chiedo ma come fate a pretendere la fiducia della gente? io ho ordinato il mio divano dalla vostra diretta concorrenza e in 8 settimane come da contratto il divano era nel mio salotto! good evening, ordered sofa for my mother-in-law in the Turin office on January 14th and still not arrived and obviously NEXT WEEK COMES ... same answer for 2 months, but you got the pennies immediately! I wonder but how do you expect people's trust? I ordered my sofa from your direct competition and in 8 weeks as per contract the sofa was in my living room!

Quando entrate sono accoglienti e superprofessionali, devono vendere ma poi la sorpresa Vogliono subito un acconto sostanzioso , ti dicono che la consegna e presumibilmente il tot giorno .......ma non rispettano i termini , aspetti mesi mesi e mesi senza che nessuno si faccia sentire . Per avere il divano prenotato , che già da tempo ho saputo che era in deposito ho dovuto avere una discussione accesa e sgradevole!!! Sconsigliato. 1 star because 0 is not possible !!! When you enter they are welcoming and super professional, they have to sell but then the surprise They want a substantial deposit immediately, they tell you that the delivery is presumably the tot day ....... but they do not respect the deadlines, you wait months and months without anyone making themselves heard. To have the sofa booked, which I have known for some time that it was in storage, I had to have a heated and unpleasant discussion !!! Not recommended.

I am very satisfied I found what I was looking for with excellent prices ... very competent and very kind staff .. I would recommend it to those looking for a great sofa with affordable prices .... thanks for everything ....

Riferiscono che la consegna non dipende dal negozio. Trattata malissimo. Mai piu Bad. I booked a sofa in October from a deposit of 800 euros to date February 26th no delivery. I ask for forgiving information, rude and arrogant. They report that the delivery does not depend on the store. Badly treated. Never again
