I miei capelli sono stati bruciati a causa di un trattamento chiamato relax eseguito nel loro studio. A distanza di un anno sono ancora distrutti nonostante io abbia tentato, attraverso svariati trattamenti da altri parrucchieri, di curarli. Non solo me li avevano bruciati, ma inizialmente avevo completamente perso quelli che si trovavano sull'attaccatura e in parte sulle tempie, per non parlare di quante ciocche mi erano cadute. Un vero disastro, da vere incompetenti. Tra l'altro mentre facevo il trattamento sentivo che mi bruciava molto il prodotto che mi avevano applicato sulla testa, e nonostante l'avessi comunicato loro diverse volte, rispondevano sempre che era tutto normale. Metterei meno di una stella se po tessi, mi hanno rovinato i capelli. These "hairdressers" managed to ruin my hair almost permanently. My hair was burned due to a treatment called relaxation performed in their studio. One year later they are still destroyed although I have tried, through various treatments by other hairdressers, to treat them. Not only had they burned them, but initially I had completely lost those that were on the hairline and partly on the temples, not to mention how many locks had fallen on me. A real disaster, from real incompetents. Among other things, while I was doing the treatment, I felt that the product that had been applied to my head burned a lot, and although I had told them several times, they always replied that it was all normal. I would put less than a star if you did, they ruined my hair.
