★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza datata, ma pessima, che sconsiglio vivamente. Avevo una wolkwagen, sempre portata da l'oro a fare tagliandi regolari. Io la portavo, gli ho sempre detto di fare tutto quello che c'era da fare, poi pagavo e ritiravo, mai una contestazione, nulla. Un bel giorno in autostrada, un rumore sordo, metallico, ed il motore si ammutolisce. Soccorso stradale, ecc ecc. Morale della favola, cinghia di distribuzione rotta e motore da buttare. Valore dell'auto più che dimezzato. Gli racconto l'accaduto, e ben presto scopro che hanno fatto arrivare la mia macchina, a 160000 km, senza mai sostituire la cinghia di distribuzione. Alla mia domanda del perchè, la loro risposta è stata, tu non ci hai mai detto di cambiarla !!!!
Premetto, io non sono un meccanico, poi scopro che il cartello sul muro, con il marchio wolkswagen, era a li all'solo scopo di ingannare i clienti, perchè l'assistenza autorizzata gli era stata tolta da circa 2 anni.

I tell him what has happened, and soon I discover that they have made my car reach 160,000 km, without ever replacing the timing belt. To my question why, their answer was, you never told us to change it !!!!
I state, I am not a mechanic, then I discover that the sign on the wall, with the wolkswagen brand, was there for the sole purpose of deceiving customers, because the authorized assistance had been removed for about 2 years.
