Da migliorare il servizio di consegna con maggior flessibilità. M	Moara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono assolutamente INAFFIDABILI, ZERO PROFESSIONALITA'; quando si fissa un appuntamento perchè portino l'acqua non si presentano senza avvisare, questo è successo più di una volta. dicono che si sono scordati di metterlo in agenda. secondo giorno in cui si rifissa l'appuntamento non si presentano, (ordmai senz'acqua in casa) si fissa un nuovo e terzo appuntamento e si presentano con 2 ore di ritardo dicendo che hanno avuto dei ritardi e in più con le casse d'acqua sbagliate (frizzante al posto che naturale). li chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni e i toni sono stati assolutamente sgarbati, mai accompagnati da una scusa o una parola di comprenzione per i 3 pomeriggi che abbiamo passato a casa ad aspettarli senza nulla ottenere. SCONSIGLIO PIENAMENTE QUEST'AZIENDA. they are absolutely UNRELIABLE, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM; when you make an appointment to bring water they don't show up without warning, this has happened more than once. they say they forgot to put it on the agenda. second day in which the appointment is rescheduled they do not show up, (ordmai without water at home) a new and third appointment is fixed and they show up 2 hours late saying that they have had delays and more with the cash desks wrong water (sparkling instead of natural). I call them to ask for explanations and the tones were absolutely rude, never accompanied by an apology or a word of understanding for the 3 afternoons we spent at home waiting for them without getting anything. I STRONGLY DISCLAIM THIS COMPANY.

Una volta capito come funziona (ordine via telefono o mail, pagamento alla consegna o con pos o bonifico, due giorni circa tra ordine e consegna con fascia oraria di riferimento) scorre tutto liscio. Mi sento inoltre di aggiungere che i costi sono davvero competitivi, ma soprattutto che le persone con cui ho avuto a che fare sono sempre state cordiali e disponibili. Ho richiesto la restituzione della caparra (in bottiglie d'acqua) e mi è stato risposto che non effettuano il ritiro delle casse vuote (ben 6 casse che devo tenermi in casa) fino a settembre in quanto non possono sostenere i costi del ritiro. No comment Bad service, rude. Sono venuti a ritirare i vuoti e alla mia richiesta di rendermi la cauzione, il corriere ha detto che dovevo chiamare il titolare. Quest'ultimo mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto un bonifico quanto prima, ma da oltre un mese non risponde a solleciti ed email. Tutto per tenersi 20€ di cauzione. Da EVITARE -- In risposta al loro commento (screenshottato nel caso lo modificaste): 1) Già solo il fatto di non avermi risposto per un mese e oltre giustifica la mia valutazione. 2) Non mi è mai stato detto, nè fatto accettare per iscritto, che la cauzione sarebbe stata resa con un voucher. 3) Non ho ricevuto da parte vostra NEMMENO QUESTO VOUCHER!!! 4) Mi avete detto voi di mandarvi l'iban per la restituzione, cosa che ho fatto subito via email dopo la nostra telefonata. 5) Le condizioni che citate in fondo al vostro sito (e che comunque non hanno valore legale se non accettate espressamente) per quanto ne so possono essere state aggiunte dopo la consegna visto che la pagina in questione è stata successivamente modificata come si nota dal codice html in foto (per vostra sfortuna faccio il programmatore) Absolutely dishonest and unreliable!
