★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, disgustosa. All'inizio questo signore era sembrato professionale e disponibile, ma è stata tutta una messa in scena. Ha iniziato il lavoro di ristrutturazione (ha fatto finta di iniziarlo), ma solo per incassare altri acconti per ordinare materiali. Questo era quello che diceva, perchè poi nei fatti è sparito con il denaro abbandonando il cantiere. Si parla di migliaia di euro, risparmi di una vita. Vergognoso. Ora non si fa trovare, sparito.
Bad, disgusting experience. At first this gentleman seemed professional and helpful, but it was all staged. He started the renovation work (he pretended to start it), but only to collect more down payments to order materials. This was what he said, because then in fact he disappeared with the money by abandoning the construction site. There is talk of thousands of euros, life savings. Shameful. Now he is not found, disappeared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A settembre del 2021 ho anticipato 9.200 € per il rifacimento della facciata, dopo decine di solleciti il sig. Bellusci ha dato forfait affermando che per problemi famigliari non poteva più eseguire il lavoro (e ci siamo giocati il bonus 90 che è scaduto a fine anno), si è comunque impegnato a restituire i soldi annullando la fattura emessa entro fine novembre, da allora è sparito con i miei soldi, non risponde più al telefono e presso la sede legale non c’è nessuno con cui posso parlare. Abbiamo impiegato ANNI a risparmiare questi soldi, direi che questo signore ci ha rovinato, adesso sono costretto ad agire per vie legali con tanti punti di domanda e la certezza che non ci dormirò ancora per molto.
In September 2021 I advanced € 9,200 for the reconstruction of the facade, after dozens of reminders, Mr. Bellusci forfeited stating that due to family problems he could no longer carry out the work (and we played the bonus 90 which expired at the end of the year), he still committed to return the money by canceling the invoice issued by the end of November, since then he has disappeared with my money, no longer answers the phone and there is no one at the registered office I can talk to. It took us YEARS to save this money, I would say that this gentleman has ruined us, now I am forced to take legal action with many question marks and the certainty that I will not sleep on it for much longer.
