Vivo in un complesso di villette a schiera e un mesetto fa nel corso di un intervento per risanare la linea idraulica esterna di un mio vicino hanno accidentalmente pizzicato il mio tubo che, a distanza di qualche settimana, con caldo e con sollecitazioni ripetute si è rotto lasciando me e la mia famiglia in pieno agosto senz'acqua! Ho contattato la ditta Bendandi spiegando l'accaduto e, nonostante abbia fatto presente che su una linea di oltre 60 metri la crepa si sia presentata esattamente in quei 30 centimentri dove qualche settimana prima loro hanno eseguito lo scavo per sistemare la linea del mio vicino, se ne sono candidamente lavati le mani sostenendo che a distanza di un mese non era un danno imputabile a loro e che, ad ogni modo, erano in ferie. Ovviamente è possibile, anche se improbabile, che accidentalmente il tubo si rompa esattamente dove tu hai messo le mani ma se sei un professionista (e il dubitativo a questo punto è d'obbligo!) lo scrupolo di verificare se hai commesso un errore, per cercare eventualmente di rimediare, ti deve almeno venire. I cannot give an evaluation on the technical skills of the company but from the point of view of professionalism they deserve a star ... made of cardboard! I live in a complex of terraced houses and a month ago during an intervention to restore the external plumbing line of one of my neighbors, they accidentally pinched my pipe which, after a few weeks, broke in heat and with repeated stresses leaving me and my family in the middle of August without water! I contacted the Bendandi company explaining what had happened and, despite having pointed out that on a line of over 60 meters the crack occurred exactly in those 30 centimeters where a few weeks earlier they carried out the excavation to fix my neighbor's line, they candidly washed their hands claiming that after a month it was not a damage attributable to them and that, in any case, they were on vacation. Obviously it is possible, even if unlikely, that the tube accidentally breaks exactly where you put your hands but if you are a professional (and the doubtful at this point is a must!) The scruple to check if you have made a mistake, to possibly try to remedy, you must at least come.
