Ci lavoro da anni ormai e non lo cambierei.
Never had any problems with this company, indeed they answer the phone and are always available, the courier who delivers the goods to me is more than punctual and polite.
I've been working on it for years now and wouldn't change it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scortesi, gran maleducati, bugiardi e pretestuosi. Per loro era importante se l'apputamento telefonico per la riconsegna di un pacco precedentemente da loro annullato, era avvenuta di martedì o di giovedì. Se poi non hanno effettuato la consegna per ben due volte non aveva importanza!!!!
rude, very rude, liars and pretexts. For them it was important whether the telephone appointment for the return of a package previously canceled by them had taken place on a Tuesday or Thursday. If they didn't deliver twice, it didn't matter !!!!
