★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esempio della organizzazione perfetta: vaccino prenotato da due mesi con tanto di numero di telefono e messaggio con codice di prenotazione regolarmente ricevuto con orario e luogo...viaggio organizzato solo per l'agognato momento...tempo e soldi investiti a vuoto per scoprire il momento stesso di fare la prima dose che quella prenotazione non andava più bene (?!) Non una telefonata per evitare che mi prendessi il disturbo di presentarmi. Semplicemente vergognoso.
The example of the perfect organization: vaccine booked for two months complete with telephone number and message with booking code regularly received with time and place ... trip organized only for the desired moment ... time and money invested in vain to find out at the very moment of making the first dose that that booking was no longer going well (?!) Not a phone call to avoid me bothering to introduce myself. Simply shameful.
