Personale all'interno dei reparti competenti, struttura forse un po' antiquata, da modernizzare. Sicuramente per le prossime volte valuterò altre strutture. L'anagrafe... li cerco di evitare quella rossa riccia, che si illumina con sorriso e disponibilità di dialogare solo quando parla con un collega di sesso maschile, sgarbata con la gente. Le proteste andrebbero rivolte a chi gestisce i vari servizi dato che le direttive e le informazioni sono date a volte in maniera sommaria ai subordinati, ma come succede in Italia è più facile inveire contro chi lavora che fare una rimostranza ai livelli più alti.
