I bagni a disposizione di chi è in attesa ( mediamente lunga ) sono scandalosi, vecchi, scassati. Alle casse sono di un lentezza snervante. Possibilmente da evitare. Like many public health buildings, it does not stand out for the quality of the service and the state of the structure. Mia madre parte e va lì per prenderlo allora di persona l'appuntamento, dicendo che si è presentata li poiché nessuno al telefono rispondeva. Le è stato detto con maleducazione e un'arroganza disumani che loro non hanno ricevuto nessuna mia chiamata ed era impossibile che io avessi chiamato, mia madre passando oltre a ciò pazientemente, chiede se in ogni caso possono darle un appuntamento. Viene in malo modo esosrtata a sedere fuori ed attendere che finissero di "lavorare", circa una mezz oretta . da fuori si sentiva che stavano facendo i loro pettegolezzi e stavano chiacchierando, non lavorando. Dopo 1 ORA È MEZZA, altro che mezz ora, nessuno invita mia madre ad entrare. Lei bussa e giustamente, non riesce a trattenersi dal dirgliene 4. Loro la mandano via dicendo che non hanno tempo di prenderle la prenotazione. VERGOGNOSI È DIRE POCO. È poi, appendono il cartello fuori dalla porta, dicendo che l'utenza deve essere cordiale altrimenti loro sono tenuti a chiamare i vigili. Come mai quel cartello? Vuol dire che non sono mia madre ha perso la pazienza li dentro, e chi sa come mai. I VIGILI VE LI MANDO IO ALLA PROSSIMA. Shameful. Un'ente pubblico che non risponde mai al telefono 3 settimane è sempre occupato, l'email rispondono in maniera scazzata, per chi è senza dottore è veramente un grosso disagio, cambiate personale oppure aggiornatevi. Schifo.. Are we joking?! O	Oreste Sostegno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile parlare a telefono con un operatore, o non rispondono o risulta occupato. Sono 10 giorni che provo a contattarli perché il sistema non mi fa proseguire nella compilazione online del modulo per la scelta del medico. Sto pensando seriamente di sporgere denuncia dai carabinieri. Unable to speak to an operator on the phone, or they don't answer or are busy.
