Ci siamo accorti del problema perchè, nel giro di una serata, controllando bene le pareti e i divani, abbiamo trovato decine e decine di esemplari, era una situazione grave. Per debellare le cimici da letto abbiamo ricevuto da Sam un sopralluogo più due interventi (procedura standard) Io non sono stato presente al sopralluogo, ma ero presente al primo intervento e lì ho incontrato Sam. Sam si è mostrato da subito affabile, disponibile e puntuale. Dopo il primo intervento abbiamo trovato solo un paio di volte delle cimici, ma appena l'abbiamo fatto presente a Sam ci ha tranquillizzati dicendoci che era normale e che con il secondo intervento sarebbero state debellate sicuramente; in caso contrario sarebbe venuto una terza volta gratuitamente. Dopo il secondo intervento avvenuto quasi una settimana fa nessun avvistamento. Il tutto a un prezzo estremamente ridotto rispetto alla concorrenza. My two roommates and I carried out the two interventions necessary for the disinfection of bed bugs in our home (5 rooms). We noticed the problem because, in the space of one evening, by checking the walls and sofas well, we found dozens and dozens of specimens, it was a serious situation. To eradicate bed bugs we received an inspection from Sam plus two interventions (standard procedure) I was not present at the inspection, but I was present at the first intervention and there I met Sam. Sam was immediately friendly, helpful and punctual. After the first surgery we only found bedbugs a couple of times, but as soon as we mentioned this to Sam he reassured us by telling us that it was normal and that with the second surgery they would surely be eradicated; otherwise he would have come a third time for free. After the second operation which took place almost a week ago no sightings. All at an extremely low price compared to the competition.

Great Sam, I had a big problem with pigeons on the balcony where they constantly nest on the AC motor. Problem solved in a couple of hours, cleaned up.
