Almost all the technicians were trained inside the structure, transferring the experience of the partners and then of the veteran technicians to the new recruits. The staff is divided into working groups, characterized by a particular specialization acquired through training courses at the manufacturers of electrical materials and courses designed:

• Air conditioning installers
• Safety installers
