★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato in questo negozio cercando delle scelte Lumberjack. Ho scoperto che l'attività commerciale e divisa in due attività separate: uomo e donna. Purtroppo quel giorno il reparto uomo era chiuso. Il personale è gentilissimo ed molto disponibile.
 I walked into this shop looking for Lumberjack picks. I found that the business is divided into two separate businesses: man and woman. Unfortunately, the men's department was closed that day. The staff is very kind and very helpful.

A causa di un errore mi sono arrivate le scarpe sbagliate, ma devo dire che anche se con qualche difficoltà si sono prodigati per risolvere il problema e farmi arrivare le scarpe giuste gestendo con tempestività la comunicazione col cliente. Esperienza di acquisto che se ci sarà l'occasione ripeterò.
I bought a pair of shoes at a good price in promotion. Fast delivery. Due to an error I got the wrong shoes, but I must say that even if with some difficulty they did their utmost to solve the problem and get me the right shoes by managing the communication with the customer in a timely manner. Shopping experience that I will repeat if the opportunity arises.

- nessuna notifica dello stato dell’ordine via email se non la conferma
- nessuna opzione di tracciabilità
Note:
- prezzo leggermente più caro degli altri siti e-commerce, ma comunque giustificato siccome il prodotto era introvabile e si tratta di un negozio fisico oltre che online
Consigliato, ma con contrassegno, soldi alla mano dopo l’ordine perché il corriere potrebbe arrivare a breve
