★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione del centralino pessima, ogni mezz'ora "a causa del protrarsi dei tempi di attesa" staccano tutte le chiamate, non importa che tu dopo tanta attesa sia il primo della coda! Richiamare immediatamente dopo la chiusura non serve a niente, ci saranno sempre più di 10 chiamate in coda!
Nonostante il periodo caldo, visti i termini per la scadenza della domanda di borsa di studio, non si riesce ad avere contatto con gli uffici preposti;
ho inoltre inviato una mail ieri mattina spiegando tutto quello che già al telefono avrei dovuto riferire senza ancora avere risposta, cosa che mi sembra assurda per un ente pubblico di una regione come il Lazio!
