★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE THESE SHOES, and the customer service is amazing. I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding. I’ve never gotten a pair of custom made shoes before, so I was nervous about the fit, and quality, and basically the whole process.
I measured my foot to their instruction (make sure you stand up to look at the marking, I drew the first three attempts at an angle under my toe, and would have been to small)
They guarantee to have the shoe to your day in 10 business days. That did not happen. It was 22 business days from the order date and 20 from the confirmation date. But the reason they still get 5 stars is because how communicative they were through out the process. I’d get a response to an email within 12 hours every time with a real person updating me on the progress. It turns out they had updated their facility for increased productivity.
Great company, the shoe fits perfectly, great customer service, buy their shoes!

They have the best customer service and they walked me through the entire process, so I could get the perfect boots for me. I Highly recommend this company if you like to stand out in the crowd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brilliant service even throughout the COVID-19 crisis. They changed my delivery address at short notice. The shoes are fantastic. Great quality and fit perfectly. The recommendation for me was size 7 UK but I choice 7.5 as I have wide feet and normally have to get 8s. Tight to begin with - new shoes after all but then very comfortable. These are brogues that don't need breaking in at all. Will use again and highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best customer service I have ever encountered. The shoes that I ordered were stunning and the highest quality, but the process of buying also appealed to me. I immediately ordered a belt as well.
The unboxing experience was satisfactory either. These factors are more than enough for buying more products from them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was a little hesitant to buy custom shoes from across the ocean and honestly thought about it for a year before I did it. But, these guys made it very easy. When I had a specific question, I had a zoom call with Sara, who was completely prepared, showed me swatches, and gave me advice. The shoes arrived this week and they were EXACTLY what I expected them to be from the design process and fit like a glove. The quality of the leather and workmanship is excellent. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again. Men's shoes have become dull and the styles repetitious - DIS gives you the opportunity to break out of the mold and make something different, and entirely your own.

They sent out 2 shoes to try for size as part of the service. All in all a great way to order shoes. Will order again I'm sure. Maybe a more formal design next. ...

Love the option they send you a try-on shoe before finalizing the shoe ordered (was very helpfuly, I needed just a bit larger shoe than proposed by the algorithm). And what really matters: the shoe looks very good, unique, and comfortable (which is not always the case, even with hand made shoes). Thanks, will return as customer!
