Shameful! You never get on the line and when they finally answer they don't give answers, they don't identify when you ask who you are talking to and they slam the phone in your face!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inefficienza totale. Negli orari di apertura telefonica al pubblico non si può parlare con nessuno. Si può solo comunicare via PEC. E chi non ce l'ha?... A cosa serve il servizio telefonico?... A nulla. Come tutto.
