A parer mio un po' da rimodernare, ma pulito e gestito da persone molto gentili e disponibili.
Torneremo sicuramente.
Small marina 10 minutes from the center of Venice.
In my opinion a bit 'to be updated, but clean and managed by very nice and helpful people.
We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venuti ad ormeggiare qui per la terza volta in svariati anni e abbiamo trovato cordialità da parte della signora addetta alla reception. Il marinaio ci accoglie dopo la pausa pranzo e ci aiuta a sistemare l'ormeggio. La struttura, in generale, sembra aver bisogno di ammodernamento. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico di Venezia. Il mattino successivo, a causa di un'avaria al motore che ci sorprende nel bel mezzo del canale di S. Nicolò, telefoniamo al Diporto Velico per chiedere se qualcuno potesse uscire per trainarci nuovamente all'ormeggio ma ci rispondono che non hanno disponibilità di mezzi nemmeno per aiutarci ad ormeggiare anche se trainati da altri. Per nostra fortuna Gabriele, un gentilissimo socio del Diporto Velico che stava uscendo in mare con la sua bella barca a vela, ci traina e optiamo per l'ormeggio al vicino nuovo marina S.Elena che invece ci fornisce tutta l'assistenza necessaria.
We came to moor here for the third time in several years and found friendliness from the lady on reception. The sailor welcomes us after the lunch break and helps us to fix the mooring. The structure in general appears to be in need of modernization. The location is excellent for visiting the historic center of Venice. The next morning, due to an engine failure that surprises us in the middle of the S. Nicolò canal, we call the Pleasure Sail to ask if someone could go out to tow us back to the mooring but they reply that they have no means available. not even to help us moor even if pulled by others. Luckily for us Gabriele, a very kind member of the Pleasure Yacht who was going out to sea with his beautiful sailboat, pulls us and we opt for mooring at the nearby new marina S.Elena which instead provides us with all the necessary assistance.
