★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imbarazzante ditta, non possono mettere zero perché zero si meritano, acquistate le scarpe da un noto negozio della mia zona alla prima messa mi sono ritrovato i piedi completamente bagnati, riportati indietro il negoziante mi ha dovuto dire che la titolare della Diotto si' e rifiutata di cambiarmi le scarpe adducendo motivazioni assurde e campate in aria, mi son stati immediatamente restituiti i soldi e sono dispiaciuti per come siamo stati trattati io e l'esercente da questa ditta vergognosa.
Embarrassing firm, they can't put zero because they deserve zero, bought the shoes from a well-known shop in my area at the first mass I found my feet completely wet, brought back the shopkeeper had to tell me that the owner of Diotto refused to change my shoes for absurd and straightforward reasons, the money was immediately returned and I am sorry for the way we and the operator were treated by this shameful company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disavventura con dei scarponi diotto, entrava acqua da nuovi, dopo alcune prove e sostituzioni della membrana intera la ditta si è comportata in maniera seria, sostituendo gli scarponi con un paio nuovo!!!! Complimenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un paio di scarponi di questa ditta e dopo averli indossati a caccia una sola volta mi sono ritrovato con i piedi completamente bagnati, riportati nel negozio dove li avevo presi il negoziante ha subito chiamato la proprietaria della ditta che ha rifiutato di cambiarli dicendo che in Sardegna sono abituati ad andare a caccia nelle paludi e quindi a non utilizzarli correttamente, sono rimasto scioccato, mi sono stati restituiti i soldi immediatamente ma vi assicuro che la qui nelle palude quelle scarpe non verranno più acquistate da nessuno. imbarazzanti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare scarponi dopo tre mesi si scolla fascino da lì in poi un odissea il commerciante mi mette in contatto con Diotto che dice e passato troppo tempo li avrà messi vicino a fonti di calore che non succede niete anche se il fascione si scolla ecc..ecc..finale non mi vengono sostituiti io pur avendoli pagati 240.00 euro per principio li ho lasciati sul bancone del mio commerciante e me ne sono andato.Poi in un secondo tempo di tasca sua me gli ha sostituiti con un paio di Crispi logicamente di valore inferiore 180.00. P.s. la mia vecchia recensione stranamente non appare più.

Ho parlato con il figlio del titolare ho chiesto un paio di scarponi leggeri e che non entri l'acqua, mi sono stati mostrati diversi modelli e poi mi è stato consigliato il modello cortina/3 purtroppo non c'era la taglia mi è stato assicurato che prossimamente ci sarà di ripassare. Passerò e penso di comprarli avendo le garanzie da parte del titolare x il discorso acqua. Vi farò sapere come sono gli do FIDUCIA

I tried to buy a pair of boots for several weeks but never got a final price nor the information how to buy and pay. Even not after asking several times by email. At the end nobody answered anymore.
Quite interesting boots but such a poor service leads to an easy decision to buy somewhere else
