★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio clienti a Silvi! La ragazza allo sportello sempre maleducata , non risponde mai al telefono e moltissime volte butta giù! Una volta quando sono andata a ritirare i sacchi me li ha sbattuto sul bancone, troppo occupata a parlare al suo cellulare per servire i clienti!
 Bad customer service in Silvi! The girl at the counter always rude, never answers the phone and many times she jumps down! Once when I went to collect the bags, she threw them on the counter, too busy talking on her cell phone to serve customers!

Completamente incapaci di interagire con i cittadini . Maleducate , scocciate , svolgiate e presuntuose . Mi dispiace ma nn e' la prima volta che chiamo e con molta educazione faccio le mie richieste ! Mai una volta sono stata trattata con gentilezza , vi consiglio un lavoro che nn sia a contatto col pubblico .
L'azienda dovrebbe prendere seri provvedimenti nei vostri confronti perché voi la rappresentate . E la rappresentate molto molto male !
Bad secretarial / call center staff!
Completely unable to interact with citizens. Rude, annoyed, unwieldy and conceited. I'm sorry but nn and 'the first time I call and with much education I make my requests! Never once have I been treated with kindness, I recommend a job that is not in contact with the public.
The company should take serious action against you because you represent it. And you represent it very very badly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente non seri. Sgarbati,sbrigativi e con poca voglia di lavorare (da quanto dimostrano le risposte che danno al telefono)...a volte nemmeno rispondono... Tempi di attesa per il ritiro lunghi ed estenuanti... Assurdo che un servizio così utile sia così scarso...
Absolutely not serious. Rude, hasty and with little desire to work (from what the answers they give to the phone show) ... sometimes they don't even answer ... Long and exhausting waiting times for collection ... It is absurd that such a useful service is like that rare...
