The only flaw is the parking that there are only 2 parking spaces outside the pizzeria otherwise you have to park outside the alley

Chiamo nella vostra pizzeria alle 18 e ed ordino una consegna per le 21.30, lascio contestualmente numero di fisso ed indirizzo con civico e nome del condominio. Alle ore 22.20, richiamo per avere chiarimenti sulla consegna ed una gentilissima signorina mi comunica candidamente che la mia ordinazione era tornata al mittente perché il runner non aveva trovato l'indirizzo(ripeto, con via, numero civico e nome del condominio!) e noi non avevamo risposto a telefono. Nonostante fossimo tutti a casa dalle 20 e il telefono di casa fosse libero e funzionante. Stranamente, non mi viene chiesto di rimborsare, giustamente, quanto dovuto, ma mi viene proposta una nuova improbabile consegna, che sarebbe stata effettuata alle 22.30. Rifiuto educatamente e chiudo la telefonata. Quando ci sono degli errori, basta scusarsi in qualche modo con il cliente. Avrei accettato anche la pizza alle 22.30, se non mi aveste mentito spudoratamente. Spero che leggiate questo commento, e prometto che cambierò la mia valutazione, se dimostrerete di essere come credo che siate: onesti e professionali. Cordialità. I have not had the opportunity to try your pizza, in relation to the fact that, despite the order placed, it was not delivered to me at all. I call your pizzeria at 6 pm and order a delivery for 9.30 pm, at the same time I leave my landline number and address with house number and name of the building. At 10.20 pm, I call for clarification on the delivery and a very kind young lady candidly informs me that my order had returned to the sender because the runner had not found the address (I repeat, with street, house number and name of the condominium!) And we we hadn't answered the phone. Although we were all home from 8pm and the home phone was free and working. Strangely, I am not asked to reimburse, rightly, what is owed, but I am offered a new unlikely delivery, which would have been made at 10.30pm. I politely refuse and end the call. When there are mistakes, just apologize to the customer in some way. I would also have accepted the pizza at 10.30pm, if you hadn't blatantly lied to me. I hope you read this comment, and I promise that I will change my assessment if you prove to be what I believe you are: honest and professional. Friendliness.

Personale incompetente e inesperto...poca professionalità...impasto abbastanza buono...ma nn e qst x me la pizza... pizza secca...poco succosa...prezzi nella media.. Good reception .... but only qll .. Staff incompetent and inexperienced ... little professionalism ... dough quite good ... but nn and qst x me pizza ... dry pizza ... not very juicy ... average prices ..

Attesa un pochino lunga. Risolto ciò cinque stelle sarebbero meritate. Good pizza, nice place, to improve the service the girl does everything to satisfy the requests but in my opinion she needs help. A little long wait. Fixed that five stars would be deserved.
