Ogni volta che metto piede nel negozio e vedo, lì nello sfondo, il laboratorio di preparativa avverto la grande passione per il laboratorio del titolare, la passione per la galenica e la cosmetica che lo ha portato a scommettere su questa attività … per passione. Basta poi parlare con Riccardo e l’impressione diventa certezza, ci si accorge subito che non è un semplice venditore ma un competente e attento ideatore di tutti i preparati che campeggiano sugli scaffali, creati per coadiuvante l’azione del medico, preparazioni cosmetiche personalizzate secondo le esigenze di ciascuno, sempre sicuri ed efficaci. Quando esco dal suo regno, perché, in fondo, non è un negozio, non è una parafarmacia, non è un laboratorio di galenica e cosmetica, ma un luogo in cui trovarsi per riconquistare la fiducia nella sapiente arte di scegliere e dosare quelle molecole che aiutano il nostro organismo da dentro e da fuori, mi sento sempre soddisfatto. Then just talk to Riccardo and the impression becomes certainty, you immediately realize that he is not a simple seller but a competent and attentive creator of all the preparations that stand out on the shelves, created to assist the action of the doctor, personalized cosmetic preparations according to everyone's needs, always safe and effective. When I leave his kingdom, because, after all, it is not a shop, it is not a parapharmacy, it is not a galenic and cosmetic laboratory, but a place to find oneself to regain confidence in the wise they help our body from inside and outside, I always feel satisfied.

Non ho dato subito pieno credito alle promesse fatte dal titolare che mi spiegava tutte le qualità dei suoi prodotti, perché la mia pelle particolarmente reattiva mi ha insegnato a fidarmi solo dei fatti; ho voluto comunque provare. Decisamente non mi sono pentita, anzi sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dai risultati. Sono tornata allora per fare scorte e provare i trattamenti estetici in sede che sono stati all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Faccio i complimenti al titolare che ha acquistato una cliente fissa!
