β β β β β Beware of working with this company. This company knows how to use its position when a customer has purchased equipment and it is difficult to walk away. The equipment could be damaged already during the warranty period. The company is trying to look for reasons to make the warranty repair costs payable by the customer. Dynamica Generale's technical support in Italy is weak, mainly formally responsible, problems are solved on the basis of assumptions. Attempts to force the customer to purchase spare parts without prior diagnostics, creating situations when spare parts are purchased that are not needed. Spare parts are disproportionately expensive compared to other manufacturers.The DG sales department will always be happy to answer and pretend to help you and solve everything, but once you have purchased the equipment and started having problems with it, the attitude will change. Be careful.

β β β β β I do not recommend buying this company's products. DG are good sellers, but can't provide technical support at all. There is a good chance that the NIR device may break during the warranty period and then you will pay a lot of money for repairs and the device will not be for at least 3-6 months. DG will do its best to find a reason to deny warranty repairs. Dinamika generale support is worst support we ever have had contact. Equipment often breaks down, DG support in Italy does not solve problems or does so very slowly. And if you try to diagnose basic things yourself after the poor performance of DG Service, but the machine breaks down for another reason, DG will make you pay for everything and will never admit that they have poor technical support in Italy.
